I think we are building AG memories that are goiing to last for years and years to come!
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">See, isn't that truly just the greatest thing. Some people think this AG stuff is all just about the money or who can have the most, etc, but for us, it's really the shared experience of it all. We enjoy our collections and adding to them. My mom was so busy raising 3 kids by herself we never really had this kind of time together, so I'm very appreciative that Diana and I have this experience.

Although by the time she's 16, I have a feeling she'll just roll her eyes at her friends and say "yeah, my mom really likes these AG dolls!"

And that'll be okay too.

ps...since I am a bit of a (secret stash)hoarder of AG items, last night she asked me if when she had enough money to order Molly if she gets to have her as soon as she comes off the brown truck! I told her YES! you get her as soon as she's delivered. She's used to me saying things like "what delivery? where?"

I sold all of my Stampin Up supplies on ebay about a year and a half ago. Got a pretty good penny for them too.

this isnt unusual but it works...I save quarters the last time I cashed them in I had $100.00 to spend....I also use my credit card cash back rewards....I put all my small monthly bills like my newspaper, telephone, internet, groceries, gas any daily purchases...I pay the bill monthly...get cash back....I got $80.00 last month to spend....doesnt take long to add up if you use it like a debit card...plus if you charge your purchase you get cash rewards for that also.....I love it

I won a bet for $1000 for the 2006 World Cup.
I said that the Italy and France will be on the final, and Italy will be the new champion.
The unusual is that I NEWER watch futbol or read about futbol and this was whet the World Cup 2006 started!
The bad thing is that my DH no more will make bet with me for sure !
I received my $1000 from him and now I am waiting for the second part of the bet - trip to Disney

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">WOW! I can see why your DH won't bet you anymore. Good for you - $1000!!!!

Glenda - Jillian looks so cute in the cow costume.

I haven't done anything too creative to save money. I had a rummage sale this spring, and I also sell on e-Bay every once and awhile just to justify my AG habit.

My husband is going to give me a certain outfit or amount of money for a certain number of pounds of old mail and other paper that I get rid of. So I'd better get going to earn all the stuff I got at the MCM sale.

Holy! One THOUSAND dollars for a world cup bid? You are the luckiest girl in the world! LOL

I found out why my mom didn't want me to buy any more AG stuff- I'm switching to a private school in the fall and I have to save for tuition. And I want AG stuff. I am the most selfish girl in the world.
